Why is it that the weekends aren't anywhere near long enough anymore? Not like they ever were in the first place, but it seems that I leave work on Friday, and all of the sudden it's Sunday night. So here I sit listening to NOFX and wishing I had atleast one more day in the weekend.

I did have sushi tonight for the first time since I left Los Angeles, my ex and I went the weekend before I left, it had become a tradition in fact, way too many Sapporo's and too much sushi was a Friday night for us. Always a good time to be had, and out little anime waitress that always had the beer ready and gave us free stuff, sake, oysters, and other stuff. Tonight was good though, it's alittle weird going to a sushi place out here in the midwest but it was pretty good.

Have you ever wondered why you keep some stuff around, mostly what I'm talking about is stuff from your former life, or relationships? Sometimes I wonder why I keep some things around, since everytime I run across them it just drudges up old feelings. I happened to open up a directory of old emails tonite and it was tough just opening one of them dated over a year ago, a ton of promises that weren't kept, and lots of words that were true from far away, but once that distance got smaller the words didn't hold any truth to them. Oh well.. live and learn... I'll get rid of that directory someday.
