Yesterday we awaited the Snow-Pocolypse and started going through the basement. We have had a few water issues down there from time to time, but the biggest issue is just the amount of stuff down there. There are boxes that haven't been opened since we moved into the house... which is a sure sign of too much crap. So we have a huge amount of stuff that we are putting in the "garage sale / craigs list" pile and hopefully we can get that stuff out of our lives for good.
Next up for me is the office up stairs, besides dealing with all of the stuff up there, we also need to put a new ceiling up there. I'm still deciding if I want to do it or I want to hire someone to just knock it out and get it over with.
Things I need.
1) another fridge, I'd really like to have a fridge we can put in the basement to hold more freezer goods, extra milk, juice, beer etc... we pack our fridge full at the moment and it's annoying.
2) large filing cabnit, for obvious reasons.
